LTI Registration Form

  • LTI IS FOR EVERYONE. The LTI program is designed to be valuable for every Zete – whether an officer or not, Upperclassman or pledge. We hope you will bring as many from your chapter as you can – including pledges and seniors.
  • OUR GOAL IS FOR 50% OF ALL UNDERGRADUATES TO ATTEND AN LTI THIS YEAR – THE HIGHEST PERCENTAGE IN THE FRATERNITY WORLD. Please bring as many from your chapter as possible.
  • PRESIDENTS CONFERENCE. The Kirby Foundation Future Leaders Conference is the one exception – this conference is ONLY for Chapter Presidents (particularly those taking office in the spring semester).
  • EXPENSE & REIMBURSEMENT POLICY. The Monday following each LTI, a reimbursement form will be emailed to attendees who have signed in, and will be due that Friday. Reimbursement checks will be issued the following week. Reimbursement will cover the REASONABLE cost of travel for your chapter attendees (gas, toll, rental car, etc. if needed, flight ONLY if approved in advance). If you anticipate more than $150 in expenses, prior approval is required.
  • DRESS CODE. ALL LTI’s are Business attire - shirt & tie required (Jacket optional). No sneakers, sandals, shorts, T-shirts, etc. When in doubt, ask.
  • FINAL REGISTRATION. Several days prior to the LTI, an email will be sent to all registered attendees to confirm attendance – if your or your chapter’s plans change, let us know then. Failure to attend following confirmation will waste money (hotel, food, etc.).
