Events Overview

Thursday, July 30: BBQ at Upsilon Chapter House (UNC Chapel Hill)

  • Hosted by the Zeta Psi Upsilon Chapter and Elders at the chapter house on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus. Featuring North Carolina’s famous BBQ, this event is a chance to gather and meet fellow Zetes from around the world as we kick off a fun-filled convention weekend!

Friday, July 31: Durham Bulls Baseball Game

  • Enjoy an evening at a Durham Bulls game from a private rooftop deck with catered food at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. This social event provides a fun, low-key setting to unwind, network, and continue building relationships with fellow convention attendees.

Saturday, August 1: Grand Chapter Reception & Banquet

  • Formal black-tie banquet with dinner and the presentation of Zeta Psi’s major awards. The evening brings together all attendees to recognize chapter and individual achievements across Zeta Psi.

Early Bird Registration: February 1 – March 31
Regular Registration: April 1 – May 31
Late Registration: June 1 – July 10
Registration Closes July 10

Full Registration (Actives & Elders): includes all access to Convention including Thursday & Friday evening events, Grand Chapter Meeting, LTI sessions, the Phi Alpha’s Luncheon & Grand Chapter Banquet, and transportation to the evening events and back to the hotel.

  • Actives: $550 Early Bird ($600 Regular)
  • Elders: $600 Early Bird ($650 Regular)

Full Registration (Guests): includes access to Convention including Thursday & Friday evening events, the Guest Program, Grand Chapter Banquet, and transportation to the evening events and back to the hotel. It does not include access to the Phi Alpha’s Luncheon.

  • Guests: $450 Early Bird ($500 Regular)
