In recognition of the 125th anniversary of the Alpha Psi Chapter, the 161st International Zeta Psi Convention will be held in Montreal this August (13-16). Plan on being there, to celebrate with brothers from Alpha Psi and from chapters all across North America. This will also be the first ‘truly’ international convention in our history, as brothers from the newly chartered Iota Omicron chapter at Oxford University will be in attendance.
Convention activities include a dinner at Fort Stewart, a comedy night organized by brother DJ McCarthy, and a dinner boat cruise on the St. Lawrence. The Grand Chapter Banquet (black tie option) will be the final event of the Convention. This banquet has the potential to break all convention records for attendance so plan to be part of this historic event. The convention will be held at the Delta Montreal on President Kennedy (www.deltamontreal.com); to make your reservation call (514) 286-1986 or 1-877-286-1986 and mention code GCZETA to be eligible for the convention room rate of $139/night.
There is an early-bird pricing of only $375 for the complete convention package. This price will be in effect only until June 1st, after which the regular pricing will apply. The convention is spouse/kid friendly so plan to make it a family event (note: there will be a separate pricing for guests/children). If you cannot attend the complete convention don’t be discouraged - individual event pricing can also be arranged.
Montreal is an expensive city, especially with current exchange rates for our American brothers. In order to keep the pricing affordable for the many undergraduates who will be coming from across North America we are looking to Elders to become Convention Sponsors. By making a small donation, you are allowing hundreds of students to benefit from this Zete-experience in our terrific city. Sponsorship levels are only $100, $200 and $300. All sponsors will be recognized during the convention. (If you cannot attend the convention please consider becoming a sponsor anyway, in the spirit of Tau Kappa Phi).
For more information about the convention or becoming a sponsor, please feel free to contact Barth Gillan ( or (514) 931-8792 ext 205).
We look forward to seeing you in August. Don’t Be Dull!!

P.S. After you have recovered from the Convention, plan to attend our annual Commemoration Dinner, which will be held on Saturday, November 15.
