Job Description
• Open and develop new and existing accounts using state of the art recruiting tools, technology and best practices
• Utilize a wide variety of recruiting strategies to identify candidates for placement including: face-to-face interviews, phone interviews, interview preparation and reference checking.
• Partner with clients through all aspects of the recruiting process
• Work with management and peers to enhance client relationships and develop major accounts
• Work with management and peers to expand internal business sectors to better serve our clients
• Build personal business and expertise in the marketplace

Requirements:
• 2+ years of successful business to business sales experience (recruiting experience a plus)
• Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding quotas
• Demonstrated ability to think “outside of the box” – be resourceful
• Demonstrated ability to influence others
• Driven professional with a desire to be financially rewarded for their hard work and accomplishments
• A team player attitude
