Division Description:
The Financial Services Divisions represents some of the most sophisticated financial firms in the world including Tier One Investment Banks, Agency Broker Dealers, Traditional Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. Our network of contacts includes finance and banking professionals in the front, middle and back office of every major Wall Street firm.

Position Overview:
The Research Associate will have responsibilities centered around performing candidate, client and market research. Additionally, this individual will assist in project management and operations pertaining to major financial services accounts.

Responsibilities:
•Perform primary research related to current clients, openings and candidates
•Perform market research and assist in database development for the financial services sector
•Assist in managing the search process and operations including: coordination or interviews, logging of activity, performance reporting and candidate data management
•Organize candidate and client data such as tearsheets, email campaigns etc.
•Assist in the creation of marketing materials

Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree (Finance or Economics major preferred)
•Strong organizational skills
•Aptitude for analyzing abstract concepts
•Adept at multitasking
•Good communications skills
•Desire to learn
•Interest in Finance and Capital Markets
